There are two separate balances on your SIM, one for domestic calls in USA (including all SMS) and a second balance for all international calls. Your starter pack comes with the following.

Note: 1) For International Calls, you will consume domestic outgoing minutes plus the international call charges
         2) To make international calls you must have sufficient domestic balance on your SIM
         3) You can make domestic calls even if your international balance runs out but not vice versa

US$ 15 BUYS 100mins Domestic/Intl. $ 10 added to Domestic + $5 added to International.
US$ 30 BUYS 200mins Domestic/Intl. $ 20 added to Domestic + $10 added to International.

Domestic: By Dialing 611 and select the options to review your Account Balance and remaining Airtime Days
